Cancun gone so Soon

We just got back from Cancun and it was amazing! I just love those vacations that all you have to do is relax. It was nice not doing homework or worrying about having to catch up on school work. All we had to do was relax by the ocean, sleep and eat life couldn't get much better. We visited Isla Mujeres and went snorkeling and rode a scooter all over town. Without having that scooter I think I might have melted away. Luckily we got some speed on that hog so the wind was nice and refreshing. I have now been disappointed twice by Cancun snorkeling, I guess I was just hoping for the best. We did find a little taco hut that had delicious shrimp tacos plus it was like 5 bucks for 3 so we couldn't go wrong. Oh how we love vacations and love that we go on them quit often. Can't wait until October for a little cruising time!

Drinking some coconut milk, not the greatest thing. But eating the fresh coconut afterwards is way better than that store bought stuff.

Our last meal in Cancun and by far our best! if you ever go you should eat at Sisal it was DELICIOUS

But I didn't have a mountain I had a news room.... Joe and I are going to Cancun and I am so excited! It's totally a random trip but we just had to do it. My friend Jacque was telling me how her and her husband just looked at flights one day to Hawaii and found a good deal so they left couple hours later. Every since then I got the spontaneous bug. We are going in a couple of days and got amazing rates on flights and hotel. I learned from the radio not to say when you are going out of town because then people read your blog and break into your hosue so I won't... but it's soon! I'm glad we decided to do it because even though Joe is a vacation man he is doing some serious work in July and won't be able to go on vacations for awhile once he gets back from his training, so I though we better go before his training. This is going to be such a nice break since I only have 1 more week of classes and then finally get some play time. I'm glad we finally get to go somewhere Joe has never been ( because he has been everywhere so it's not a very easy task). I better get my exercising and diet into high gear because beach here I come!...and Joe too.

Dance Dance

So I'm going to start with newest date and move my way backwards since it's been like a month. And I figure you don't need to see every picture of me and Joe and what we have done in the last month so just imagine our faces with smiles on them and you'll feel like you were there.


So Last Saturday Carly and Wattsie finally got their reception. They were married a year ago, but wasn't able to have their reception. Now that Carly is good and healthy they had a beautiful reception. It was on top of the downtown library and was the perfect weather. I just love receptions because of the dancing. Having receptions with Joe's friends is more fun than just any reception. They are dancing machines and make the night. I love dancing and receptions are the only time really when I can do it. Maybe I'll just have a dance party at our house every weekend that way we don't have to wait a year until someone gets married again.

The other week Joe went to California. You would think I would have gone since I would have loved to visit my family but it was boys volleyball trip. That's ok actually that I didn't go because I get to embarrassed when Joe and his friends rally the players. Joe actually got in one of the players head real bad I guess. The only thing the volleyball player could think of was to tell Joe he had a big mouth, literally like his mouth is big. Obviously they don't get paid the big bucks to yell back at the crowd.

Only 2 more weeks of summer school and I am done until August!
